Chicago Health Alert Network
The Chicago Health Alert Network (HAN) allows the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) to quickly, efficiently, reliably, and securely communicate with CDPH staff, medical care providers, laboratories, first responders, and other local public health agencies through a web-based platform.
Mission
Chicago HAN encountered difficulties with an outdated portal that had inconsistent content layout and structure. They required a new portal that would facilitate easier content posting and maintain a consistent design across all pages.
